I have several certifications in patrol, dispatch, and corrections. ILEA Chief of Police Executive Program Graduate in 2025 and Vincennes University graduate with a degree in Conservation Law Enforcement. 

I am a certified armorer on Remington, Mossberg and Benneli Shotguns and AR-15/M-16 platforms through Defensive Edge and Glock Handguns through Glock. 

I am an Indiana Hunter Education Instructor since 1999 and an NRA Pistol, Shotgun, and Range Safety Officer since 2012, NRA Law Enforcement Handgun and Rifle Instructor since 2025, Stop the Bleed Instructor since 2024 and Certified General Instructor through the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy.
